Bespoke business communications

Your phone system should fit your business.

MOIEN designs, builds and supports business phone systems around the way your calls actually move—not around a generic package.

For Ontario legal, dental and multi-location teams. Keep your numbers. Keep working while we move you.

The problem with off-the-shelf

Most phone systems make the business adapt.

A list of features is not a communications strategy. MOIEN starts with missed calls, staffing patterns, office hours and customer journeys—then builds the system around them.

01

Calls reach people, not dead ends

Every unanswered call has a deliberate next destination based on how your team works.

02

Locations work as one business

Share reception, coverage and availability across offices without confusing callers.

03

Support knows your design

The people helping you understand the call flow because they helped create it.

Designed around the call

See what bespoke actually means.

Choose an example. We design the greeting, choices and every path that follows; callers simply experience a clear way through.

Capability with a purpose

What people notice is that the call works.

The technology stays in the background. MOIEN selects and configures only what produces a better experience for callers, staff and the people responsible for the service.

ProtectTLS + SRTP

Encrypt supported call paths.

TLS can protect call signalling and SRTP can protect the audio between compatible devices and the MOIEN platform. Calls that continue onto the public telephone network may not remain encrypted end to end.

GuideIVR + call-flow design

Make the caller’s next step feel obvious.

MOIEN writes the greeting and menu language, maps business hours and direct dialling, then designs queues, overflow, after-hours and fallback paths around how your team actually responds.

UnderstandOperational visibility

Know what happened to each call.

Use call records, recordings, quality information and reporting to understand missed calls, response patterns and where a call flow should be improved.

What can sit quietly behind that experience?

For staff, the design may include browser and mobile calling, hot desking, warm transfers, shared queues, voicemail delivery, conferencing, paging and centrally managed handsets.

For managers, it may include holiday schedules, call records, missed-call visibility, performance reporting and carefully governed recording. None is added simply because it is available; each capability has to earn its place in the design.

Recording governance is part of the design. Notification, consent, access, retention and deletion rules must be agreed for the customer’s jurisdiction and use case before recording or transcription is enabled.

Our approach

A design process, not a checkout page.

The result can be hosted in the cloud or installed on-premise. The starting point is always the work—not the product catalogue.

01

Listen

We learn where calls come from, who answers and where conversations currently break.

02

Map

We turn office hours, teams, locations and exceptions into a readable IVR and call-flow design—including the words callers hear and what happens when nobody answers.

03

Build and move

We configure the system, port numbers and train staff while the existing service keeps running.

04

Stay accountable

We monitor, support and adjust the system as the business changes.

Example system design

Three offices. One front door.

A multi-location business uses one public number, centralized reception, schedule-aware routing and automatic overflow. Customers call once; the system finds the right available person.

3connected locations
1public number
0planned dead ends
Reliability you can question
99.999%

Five years is a record, not a slogan.

MOIEN combines AWS-hosted infrastructure with active system management. Reliability should be shown with a defined measurement period and service scope—not borrowed from a cloud-provider logo.

  • Infrastructure monitored as part of the managed service
  • Routing designed around real operational exceptions
  • Migration planned so existing lines continue operating

*Based on MOIEN’s monitored service availability over more than five years. Customer connectivity, power, equipment and third-party carrier services fall outside the managed-platform measure.

Where bespoke matters

Built for operational complexity.

Industry knowledge matters because the same missed call means something different to every business.

Legal

Protect intake and capture detail

Route by practice area, cover closed locations and optionally record approved calls from enabled extensions, with full-conversation transcripts delivered to authorized inboxes.

Dental

Make every location reachable

Give patients one number while a shared reception team books the next available appointment across offices.

Multi-location

Operate as one team

Share coverage, business-hour rules and overflow without making customers understand your organization chart.

Secure client portal

Your communications, under your control.

MOIEN Control gives clients one secure place to reach the tools assigned to their account—from voicemails and transcripts to users, call activity and system administration.

Use your usual username. If your organization has its own PBX address, sign in as username@your-pbx-domain so MOIEN Control opens the correct account.

Your password is entered only on the secure MOIEN Control portal.

Straight answers

Questions before the first call.

What makes a MOIEN system bespoke?

The IVR language, call flow, users, office schedules, devices, routing rules and management approach are designed around your operation. You approve the caller journey in plain language before migration begins.

Can calls be recorded and transcribed?

Yes. Recording can be enabled for selected extensions or workflows, and full conversations can be transcribed and delivered to approved recipients. Notice, consent, access, retention and deletion requirements are agreed before the capability is enabled.

Are calls encrypted?

Supported devices and call legs can use TLS for signalling and SRTP for audio. A call may stop being encrypted when it leaves the managed platform for the public telephone network or an incompatible destination, so MOIEN confirms the protection boundary during system design.

Can we keep our existing numbers?

Yes. MOIEN plans the port while your existing service stays active. Typical porting takes approximately 10–20 business days after authorization.

Is the system cloud-hosted or on-premise?

Either. MOIEN can manage a hosted system or design an on-premise deployment where operational requirements justify it.

What happens if our internet connection fails?

The answer depends on the design. Mobile or external-number failover, secondary connectivity and multi-location routing can be included where continuity requires them.

Is this appropriate for legal or healthcare organizations?

MOIEN can design for those workflows, but compliance claims must be evaluated against the exact configuration, recording practices, data handling and customer obligations.
